Our services

Ishasplace offers in-spa treatments booked online and retail body-care products sold through this store. Service availability, duration, and pricing are shown when you book. Product descriptions, sizes, and prices are shown on each product page and in your cart before you pay.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can confirm bookings and deliver orders. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the site or violate these terms.

Booking terms

• Appointments are confirmed when you complete checkout (or when we confirm manually, if shown at booking).
• Deposits, balances, and any service-specific fees are displayed before payment. You agree to pay the amount shown for your appointment.
• Arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your treatment or require rescheduling, at our discretion.
• Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy stated at booking or in your confirmation email. No-shows may forfeit deposits where that policy applies.
• We may cancel or reschedule due to staff illness, safety, or operational reasons; we will contact you to rebook or refund as appropriate.

Product orders

• Prices are shown in the store currency (typically Nigerian Naira) and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout.
• An order is accepted when we confirm payment. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, with a full refund for that item.
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide or when you collect in store, as applicable.
• Returns and exchanges follow our published return policy and consumer protection rules that apply to your purchase. Contact us if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use automated tools to interfere with bookings or checkout. Content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to Ishasplace or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Disclaimer

We describe services and products in good faith. Individual results from treatments or skincare vary. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional for medical conditions. The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Ishasplace is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, missed appointments due to factors outside our control, or third-party payment or delivery failures beyond our reasonable supervision. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or order is limited to the amount you paid us for that transaction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve them informally.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
